Additional discounts cannot be applied to quoted wholesale price as they have already recieved a 'trade' discount.
Privacy Policy:
GDPR: From 25th May 2018 we will be following GDPR. This means you have more control over your personal data from how we use your data to your right to erasure and additional protections for children. We agree with all of the updates to data protection that GDPR is making and we've created a fact sheet to help you understand how and why we may use your information and how you can opt out at any time. We guarantee that every online purchase you make from our store is through a secure connection. Our site uses the strongest commercially available level of encryption, 128-bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL). This ensures that your transactions remain secure and your information cannot be hi-jacked or redirected to anyone but us. All standard website information is held on a privately rented server platform at a secure datacenter, Shopify, one of the largest ecommerce platforms is in charge of maintaining security of card holder details. Our website is regularly scanned.
Information We Hold About You
If you have bought something from us before we will have your postal address, phone number, and login information stored in our database. Credit Card information is not stored by us electronically, or at all for purchases completed wholly online. If you choose to deliver items to a third-party (such as a friend) we will have their name and address too. Your information is only used to help us deliver your parcel, verify your eligibility to purchase and to contact you directly. You may also optionally decide to receive our newsletter and special offer emails. You can opt-out of these at any time by unsubscribing.
We also maintain an order history of your purchases. This allows you and us to track your deliveries and review your past purchases to maintain warranties and so on. We also collect information of a general nature about how many 'hits' our website gets. And we monitor the site traffic patterns; this tells us which areas of the site are being visited more than others. It also helps us build a more useful site in subsequent re-designs. We don't however monitor individual users pathways through our site.
We NEVER exchange, sell or otherwise give away any of your contact information, including your email address, to other companies. Your email address is used only by yourself, for the purposes of logging into your account, and by us so that we can email you regarding your order and to update you with our newsletter (if you are a subscriber).
Who Else Sees Your Information
We may have to disclose some limited information to service suppliers to help complete your order. These parties include, where appropriate; our couriers, the postal service, customs, and any parties necessary to validate your eligibility to purchase a realistic imitation firearm such as the BAC.
By using our website you consent to us using the personal information that you have given, as outlined in this Policy. If you are worried about anything to do with our website, please phone us and we'll be glad to talk through any issues with you.
Cookies
We may use cookies on our website (small files of information stored on your computer, generated by your web browser) to deliver our services and to help give you a better browsing experience on our website.
These cookies are used for both essential site functionality and non-essential site functionality.
By using our websites you are allowing us to store these cookies on your computer to help improve our site offering and deliver our services to you.
Returns & Warranty Policy:
If you wish to return an item, simply email us on [email protected] and we may call for a chat with one of our technical staff who can check that you are using the product correctly and to assess if it needs to come back to us to have a look at. If the product you are returning is not faulty but unwanted, you must return it to us in a new, unused condition complete with all packaging intact and unmarked to qualify for a refund, as detailed below.
Faulty or Defective Items
If you need to return an item because it is defective or faulty, you must inform us within 48 hours of the fault occurring, and then it must be returned to us within 14 days, providing that the product is still within its warranty period. You are responsible for all the carriage costs incurred (to send it back us for repair, and then for redelivery back to you once repaired), if the fault develops after initial use, and is not found to be faulty upon delivery. We will repair the item free of charge providing that the product is within the warranty period, and the fault comes under the category of failure (not damage). Our technical support staff will look at the item and check that there is something wrong, and if so, either repair it, replace it, (or refund if appropriate) at our discretion.
Change of Heart
Goods returned to us because of a change of heart or an error on our part must be unused and in perfect, re-saleable condition (including all product packaging, instructions, etc), otherwise we may not be able to refund you. Bespoke products and services such as Two-Tone Painting, printed clothing or product Customisation (including bolt-on components and upgrades) are excluded from our returns policy as are consumables and items with sanitary implications such as our field toothbrushes and we are unable to offer any refunds for these items. You are responsible for any other service provided to you in connection with your purchase, e.g. carriage charges (both delivery & return). You must notify us in writing of the intent to return within 7 days of receiving the item. If you wish to return an item that has been with you longer than 7 days, we may as a gesture of goodwill accept it's return at our discretion, but the return will be subject to a 15% restocking fee from any refund amount given. We can not make any comment on your specific situation until the goods are returned to us for examination. When first trying out your new purchase, please do so somewhere clean and safe - we can't exchange or refund muddy, scratched, or worn items - or their damaged packaging.
Perishable & Consumable Goods
We are unable to accept returns of perishable goods unless the packaging is unopened and the seal remains intact. These goods include gas, pyrotechnics, lubricants, bb's, food and supplements.
Returning a Gift
Please note that refunds of the purchase price for items bought as gifts can only be given to the original purchaser. All gifts must be returned in the same manner as our category, "Change of Heart" above.
Missing Items or Items Damaged in Transit
All parcels should be throughly inspected on arrival for signs of damage. Any damaged or missing goods should then be reported to us within 24 hours of the delivery. If your parcel arrived damaged, you must sign the courier's delivery sheet or device as "damaged". Failure to do so will put the liability for any missing items on you.
When returning items to us, we cannot be held responsible for any items that have been sent in to us if they become lost or get damaged in transit. You are responsible as the shipper for returning the item(s) to us. We recommend sending the package by Recorded/Special Delivery or by a Courier. A collection service is available (at cost) from us, however you are still responsible for ensuring that the goods are well packaged, and you are still responsible for the goods until they reach us.
Refunds, Replacements and Exchanges
When we refund money for returned items of any nature, please note that we will make the refund in the same manner as the original purchase. For instance, if the original payment was made by credit card, we will issue a refund to the same credit card. All refunds will be processed within 7 days of receipt of the goods, if they are approved for this action.
Warranty Terms
For all products, unless specified otherwise within these terms, a standard warranty period of six months from the date of the invoice shall apply. For all G&G products (purchased after 01/01/13) the warranty period is one year from the date of the invoice.. Budget brands (SRC, JG, CYMA, APS, AGM, AIM, A&K, S&T, Pro Arms, D-Boys, Galaxy & WELL) carry a warranty of two months. Our warranty covers parts and labour only - you are responsible for sending the product back to us to be examined, and for the return delivery charges once it has been repaired. All electric rifles "AEG" must be used with an 8.4v NiCD or NiMH battery only, unless specified differently by NAS TAC (not the manufacturer). All gas products "GAS/GBLK" must be used with 134a/144a gas only, unless specifically stated in our product description on this website. Please contact us if you require any further details. Items will become void from our warranty period if they are not used in the manner they were intended, or if upon inspection and examination it seems apparent that the item has been mistreated, ill maintained, abused, used excessively, modified, upgraded (including changes from the manufacturers original specification), dismantled in any way by someone other than NAS TAC staff, or by breaching any of the warranty terms set out above. All warranties are non-transferable and remain with the original purchaser only.
In all cases, a copy of your proof of purchase (our invoice supplied with the goods or via email) must be provided in order to qualify for any warranty repair.
Please note that in all instances we shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages or expenses, including but not limited to lost profits or other economic or commercial losses.
Competition and Raffle tickets may be refunded minus a 50% admin fee.
Nothing contained within these terms and conditions affects your Statutory Rights.
The Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment Regulations (WEEE Regulations)
The Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment Regulations are now part of UK law. The UK have agreed to reduce the amount of WEEE that is being disposed of in landfill sites.
It is important that the amount of WEEE sent to landfill sites is reduced because:
Some WEEE can be re-used or recycled. The amount of landfill space available in the UK is decreasing. If we can keep WEEE out of landfill sites it means there is more landfill space available for non-recyclable waste.
WEEE can contain hazardous substances. When left in landfill sites the hazardous substances in WEEE can pollute soil and contaminate water supplies. This contamination can damage human health and the environment.
Distributors of new Electric and Electronic Equipment (or EEE) have a part to play in reducing the amount of WEEE going into landfill sites.
NAS TAC are "doing our bit" under these regulations by offering our customers free take-back of their WEEE on a like-for-like basis when they buy a new Electrical or Electronic product.
For example, if a customer buys a new torch from us we will take back their old torch (provided it is of equivalent type and function) and prevent it going into a landfill site by disposing of it safely. Customers must return their old WEEE within 28 days of purchasing their new item. Customers do not have to pay to return their old item to us.
If you wish to return your WEEE item, please contact us at the number 07851116128 or email us on [email protected].
Under the WEEE Regulations, all new electrical goods should now be marked with the crossed-out wheeled bin symbol.
Goods are marked with this symbol to show that they were produced after 13th August 2005, and should be disposed of separately from normal household waste.
Wholesale Customers
Please note there is a clear distinction between retail terms & wholesale terms. Retail terms do not apply.
All parcels should be throughly inspected on arrival for signs of damage. Any damaged or missing goods must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery. If a parcel arrives damaged, you must sign the courier's delivery sheet or device as "damaged". Failure to do so will put the liability for any missing items on you.
Items should be tested upon delivery and any faulty products reported to us within 72 hours of delivery.
We offer a 14 day in-house non-transferable warranty for all products, other products may carry a longer warranty with the manufacturer. No warranty covers physical damage or third party abuse.
For faults that develop within our in-house warranty period, please refer to the category "Faulty or Defective Items" in our retail terms.
Our "Change of Heart" policy does not apply to wholesale customers. We may accept returns at our discretion, subject to a 15% restocking fee. Prior authorisation must be obtained.
In all cases, a copy of your proof of purchase (our invoice supplied with the goods) must be provided.
As a wholesale customer it is understood that you are providing the interface with your customer. All liabilities and responsibilities of sale are between you, as the retailer, and your customer. NAS TAC is a wholesale supplier to you, as you are acting as the retailer, and shall not be held liable or accountable for any situation that arises between you and your customers for which we remain impartial and absent.
We do not offer any credit facilities (to wholesalers) - all payments shall be made prior to order dispatch in all circumstances and without exception. Payment will always show as "NAS TAC LTD" or "[email protected]" - an official copy of our banking information is displayed when placing your order and selecting 'Bank Transfer' as the payment method. If in any doubt please verify the payment information with us in writing.
Please note that in all instances we shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages or expenses, including but not limited to lost profits or other economic or commercial losses.

We ask all our customers to be responsible with the items sold on this website. Please be considerate to others who may be intimidated with the equipment you are using, or who might not understand the purpose for which you are using your equipment. Remember at all times that there are strict laws governing the equipment we sell.

We are a member of the British Airsoft Club and would encourage eligible players to sign up to the club to make verifying defences simple.
